Event, performance
At human level, the experience of glaciers evokes eternity, that of sounds the knowledge of the ephemeral. By means of three voices projected onto the Rhône glacier, we make perceptible, in the listening of the moment, the disappearing movement of a landscape that is both near and far. The sounds, bearing the phonic trace of the glacier, its acoustic imprint, will send back to the assembled audience the sonic image of its most intimate ice architecture.
